​BizChat - a New Digital Assistant for Companies Based on Artificial Intelligence

The Chamber of Commerce of Serbia (CCIS) has launched a new digital service called BizChat, which is based on artificial intelligence. This service provides businessmen and companies with important information for their business needs in real-time, 24 hours 7 days a week. The information includes chamber services, market analysis, business conditions, investments, labor market potential, and education system. 

BizChat is the first digital assistant created by a business association in the region and one of the first in Europe intended for the business community. Marko Čadež, president of CCIS, stated that the digital assistant addresses issues important for various stages of doing business. 

If you want to start a company and get certain benefits, a tax refund, an Open Balkan ID number, work permits, or a visa for foreign workers, the digital assistant will provide you with step-by-step instructions.

This service is free and available 24/7/365. It is powered by Microsoft technology and can be found on the front page of the English version of the CCIS website https://en.pks.rs/. BizChat CCIS is a pioneering project that uses new technologies to reduce bureaucratic obstacles and build technological infrastructure for faster implementation of investor projects.

 According to Bojana Stojanović - Kaličanin, a member of the Executive Board of NLB Komercijalna Banka, BizChat is a great example of how new technologies can be effectively utilized. She added that this application was yet another proof that CCIS actively supported the transformation of the entire economy by replacing traditional models of work and communication with more agile and technologically advanced solutions. " Our bank is currently undergoing a complex project with over 2,500 activities aimed at digitally transforming most of its products and services, simplifying and accelerating internal processes, and improving overall efficiency to better serve all its clients," said Stojanović-Kaličanin and further added that this year, the bank was also continuing its complete transformation of the business model and rethinking its approach to work.
