Representatives of international diplomatic and analytical platforms will also attend the event in Belgrade, including Thierry de Montbrial, Lars-Hendrik Röller, and Wang Huiyao.
The forum will focus on the future of cooperation between Europe, China, and Asia, and the two-day program will feature panels and discussions on sustainable infrastructure, digital innovation, energy transition, finance, artificial intelligence, and strategic connectivity amid global geopolitical and economic changes.
Organizers also announced that the “Sustainability & Connectivity Award” will be presented for the first time during the opening ceremony on June 18.
The Horizons Forum represents a continuation of CIRSD’s initiative aimed at bringing international experts together and fostering dialogue on global issues, while the partnership with the CCIS further connects international discussions with business and investment opportunities.
The forum is jointly organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia and the Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development (CIRSD), with the goal of establishing Belgrade as an annual gathering place for representatives of international institutions, financial organizations, companies, investors, technology innovators, and diplomats.
