The Serbian Chamber of Commerce supports successful domestic companies that have quality products for the world market, said Čadež on the occasion of the presentation of Vega IT's a software solution, "Heartcount", which enables company management to better understand employees, improve company structure, improve company image and increase profit.

“I am proud of the developers of Vega IT. Their innovation resulted in a unique product that essentially encourages the people, as the core of every company ", said Marko Čadež, the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia during a visit to Vega IT in Novi Sad.

Heartcount is a software that is a strategic partner to management because it contributes to reduced staff turnover and improves productivity, said Sasa Popovic, Director of Vega IT. According to him, the original software solution is an analytical tool and represents support to HR teams and management because it easily and quickly, in real-time, provides honest answers and monitors how employees feel at work.

At the presentation, it was pointed out that each employee fills out a short survey weekly by email that refers to job satisfaction, and thanks to that, the management can better understand its employees and improve the company culture.

Vega IT is a domestic company, founded in 2008 by two students of the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad. Today it employs 600 experts in Novi Sad, Zrenjanin, Nis, Podgorica, and Belgrade. It develops custom software solutions and operates successfully in the UK, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.
